What we collect
- Contact details — your name, email address and, if you provide one, a phone number.
- Billing address — required by our payment processor to authorise a card payment.
- Order history — what you purchased, when, and any note you added to the order.
- Account details — if you create an account, your username and encrypted password.
- Technical data — a shopping-cart identifier stored in your browser so your basket survives between pages, plus standard server logs.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number is entered on Stripe's systems and is never seen by, sent to, or stored on this website. We receive only confirmation that a payment succeeded, together with the billing details you supplied. Stripe processes that data under its own privacy policy.
Digital downloads
Where you purchase a downloadable product, your download links are tied to your order and become available once payment is complete. We keep a record of the order so that you can return and download your files again.
Consultations and services
Where you book an in-person or remote service, any health information you choose to share with us in the course of that service is treated as confidential and is not published, sold, or shared with third parties for marketing.
We use your email address to send order confirmations, download links, and information relating to services you have booked. We do not sell or rent your email address. If we send occasional news or offers, every message includes a way to opt out.
Sharing
We share personal data only where it is necessary to run the store — for example with our payment processor, our website host, and our email provider — or where we are required to by law. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Order records are kept for as long as needed to support your purchase and to meet accounting and tax obligations. Account details are kept until you ask us to close your account.

You may ask us to correct or delete your personal information, ask what we hold about you, or ask
